Statical Significant Analysis of Hardness of Poly Vinyl Alcohol Crosslinked Glutaraldehyde Using Tukey HSD Method

The non-biodegradable polymer occupying the world leads to many issues concerning global warming and other related problems. Due these issues, there is a need for biodegradable polymers overcome issues. This paper focussed on processing polyvinylalcohol (PVA) crosslinked with glutaraldehyde(GA) studying harness of polymer. from 0 40 volume percent glutaraldehyde than post cured immersed in 2 mole Sulfuric acid (H2SO4) 24 hours attain complete crosslinking. Excel Durometer Shore D Hardness tester was used determine hardness PVA GA composites as per ASTM D2240 standards. influence crosslinking drastically improves polymer's by up 15%, further marginal changes are found. Tukey HSD method study significant level accomplish optimum percentage. From test, it found that f value more 5.35 high statically significant.
